Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase in original condition with all packaging and tags intact. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. To initiate a return, contact our customer service team with your order number. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please note that final sale items, clearance products, and customized orders cannot be returned or refunded. For damaged or defective items, we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Contact us immediately with photos of the damage.
